1/2 medium-sized ripe banana, mashed (50 g or 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup (60 ml) unsweetened almond milk*

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 slice of hearty bread, cubed***
