Mashed potatoes are literally the perfect comfort food! Whether you’re eating them in a casserole, as a potato cake or as my favorite mashed potato bombs snack I just can’t get enough of them!
Yield: 8 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 lbs red skinned potatoes
- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup of sour cream or greek yogurt (I use greek yogurt)
- 2/3 cup Ranch Dressing (store bought or homemade, I love homemade!)
- salt & pepper to taste
- milk or cream as needed
