For crust



  • 2 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter melted, 1 stick


 
 

For cheesecake



  • 16 oz cream cheese 2 packages

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 1/8 tsp salt


 
 

For Topping



  • 18 tbsp salted caramel

  • kosher salt
